Shipping Options

We ship all orders via Royal Mail. During checkout, you can select from the following Royal Mail shipping options or Local collection:

  1. Royal Mail 1st Class:

    • Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days

    • No tracking included

  2. Royal Mail 2nd Class:

    • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days

    • No tracking included

  3. Royal Mail Tracked 24:

    • Estimated delivery: 1 business day

    • Includes tracking

  4. Royal Mail Tracked 48:

    • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days

    • Includes tracking

  5. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm:

    • Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1 pm

    • Includes tracking and insurance

  6. Local Collection Available

    • From the Patchway UK area (BS34)​

Delivery Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail’s schedule and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Protection

A&C's Bracelets is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed over to Royal Mail. To safeguard your shipment, we offer optional shipping protection at checkout. This includes:

  • Coverage for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

  • Immediate assistance with claims and replacements.

If you choose not to purchase shipping protection, A&C’s Bracelets cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within [specify regions, e.g., the UK, EU, or worldwide].

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Tracking Your Order

If you select a shipping option with tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your package on the Royal Mail website.
